NeoFertility treats the full range of reproductive health conditions. We identify the underlying cause of each condition, correct it with targeted treatment, and support you through to a healthy outcome. Infertility is rather a symptom than a disease, and when the cause is found and treated, the symptom resolves.

We treat couples from across Ireland and the EU. If you are dealing with recurrent miscarriage, have been told your only option is IVF, or are experiencing hormonal symptoms that affect your quality of life, the conditions below are the starting points for a conversation. We do not run IVF. We do not provide donor eggs, donor sperm, or surrogacy. We do not provide fertility preservation. If your plan involves any of those, we are not the right clinic and we will say so on the first call.

Why not IVF?

Most couples come to us having already been told to consider IVF. The honest answer to why we do something different is this: IVF does not investigate why you cannot conceive. It works by bypassing your reproductive system entirely to deliver an embryo. So the underlying conditions remain whether or not the cycle succeeds. That includes poor quality of ovulation, sperm DNA fragmentation, silent endometriosis, or clinical endorphin deficiency (a hormonal imbalance rarely caught on a standard screen). What we do instead is look for the cause, work to correct it, and support your body so that conception can happen.

In practice, that means we look at the quality of ovulation, not just whether ovulation occurred. A cycle can appear normal on a day-21 blood test and still be subtly deficient in ways that matter. We also assess the male partner from the first appointment. Fertility is a two-person picture. We want both halves of it from day one, so it is never the factor we find months too late. And we look at the full hormonal picture across your cycle, not a single blood draw on an arbitrary day. Each of those assessments opens a different set of findings, and together they give us a working diagnosis. IVF does not need to produce one. We do.

There is also the commitment picture. In our published 2019 cohort (Boyle et al., JRRM 2025), only 2% of couples discontinued treatment once they had started. Published IVF data puts that figure above 65%, most commonly due to emotional burden, side effects, and cost. A single cycle of IVF in Ireland typically costs EUR 5,000 to EUR 8,000, and most couples need more than one. Per HFEA 2017 data, the overall live birth rate per IVF treatment cycle was 26.4%. Our full treatment plan, up to 12 balanced cycles, is a fraction of that cost.

And if you have already done IVF? That is not a step backward. We published a peer-reviewed study of 403 couples who came to us specifically after failed IVF, with a mean female age of 37.2 and an average of 2.1 prior cycles (Boyle et al., Frontiers in Medicine 2018). The adjusted live birth rate in that cohort was 32.1%. In our 2019 cohort, 19% of the 187 couples had prior IVF. In both groups, the restorative investigation identified causes that IVF had not needed to ask about. You are not starting over. You are getting the investigation that should have come first.
