Our care team

Your NeoFertility care team

NeoFertility is a network. Medical leadership sits at the Dublin clinic with Dr. Boyle and Dr. Toth. Alongside them are 13 trained Fertility Advisors across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, who guide you through charting and provide ongoing support throughout your treatment. Most couples work closely with one Advisor from their first appointment onwards.

Meet your doctors

Dr. Phil Boyle, Founder and Medical Director of NeoFertility

Dr. Phil Boyle

Founder and Medical Director

MICGP, MRCGP

Dr. Boyle graduated in Medicine from Galway University in 1992 and is a member of both the Irish College of General Practitioners (MICGP) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).

He is the current president of the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (IIRRM), an international research and education body that brings together clinicians to advance evidence-based restorative treatments for reproductive health conditions.

Dr. Boyle developed NeoFertility in 2016 after 20 years of clinical experience treating couples with impaired fertility in restorative reproductive medicine. He is co-founder of the ChartNeo fertility charting app, which supports four fertility awareness methods.

He has helped thousands of couples achieve successful pregnancies over more than two decades of clinical practice, many after years of infertility, recurrent miscarriage, and failed IVF. His published research includes studies on fertility outcomes, DHEA supplementation in pregnancy, and Low Dose Naltrexone in reproductive medicine.

Dr. Agnes Toth, Obstetrician-Gynaecologist at NeoFertility

Dr. Agnes Toth

Obstetrician-Gynaecologist specialised in restorative reproductive medicine

IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Licensed Expert in Lifestyle Medicine and Prevention, Functional Lifestyle Coach

Dr. Toth graduated in Medicine from Semmelweis University Budapest in 1999 and completed a five-year specialty training in obstetrics and gynaecology in Hungary, where she is a member of the Hungarian Medical Chamber. She has worked at the NeoFertility clinic in Dublin since 2017, where she focuses on women's health and fertility across a wide range of reproductive health conditions.

She takes a multi-factorial approach to restoring fertility and supporting natural conception, working to identify and treat the underlying conditions behind a couple's difficulty. Her practice combines cycle tracking, conventional and functional testing, nutrition, lifestyle and psychological support, and medical treatment. She has treated women with endometriosis, insulin resistance, thyroid conditions, recurrent miscarriage, and previous failed IVF.

Dr. Toth is a licensed expert in Lifestyle Medicine and Prevention and an IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, with a particular interest in reversing the damage done to the body by stress, environmental toxins, and lifestyle and dietary choices. She speaks English, Hungarian, and German, and understands Russian. Dr. Toth has current availability for new patients alongside Dr. Boyle.

Our practice team

Behind every appointment is the practice team who keep your treatment moving: scheduling, blood test bookings, prescription management, and the day-to-day communication between you and the doctors. They are your first point of contact between appointments.

How the team works together

When you come to NeoFertility, you work with people who have distinct and complementary roles. So here is what each part of the team does.

Dr. Boyle and Dr. Toth handle the medical side: your initial consultation, hormone assessment, ultrasound tracking, prescribing, and results review. Dr. Toth has particular expertise in insulin resistance and chronic inflammation, so we look at the full endocrine picture, not just a single hormone on a single day.

Our practice team handles your scheduling, blood test bookings, prescription management, and day-to-day communication. Calls, appointments, and questions are managed by the team as a whole, not one person, so you are never waiting on a single individual. The practice team is your first point of contact between appointments. Reach them directly on the clinic phone at +353 (0)1 293 3816.

Your Fertility Advisor teaches you to chart your cycle using ChartNeo and works with you throughout treatment. Accurate charting is one of the most valuable diagnostic tools in the programme and your Advisor is the person who helps you get it right. Bear in mind that treatment is a process over time, and your Advisor is your most consistent point of support through that process. You will typically meet with them 3 to 5 times, most of those in the first one or two months, either by video or in person depending on where you are based. Advisor session costs are listed on our pricing page.

Fertility advisors: who they are

Fertility Advisors are trained fertility charting instructors. They are self-employed practitioners, each accredited to work within the NeoFertility programme, and they use ChartNeo so that your charting data is shared directly with the clinic. What we have done is build the Advisor role so that the charting instruction and the medical treatment are not separate tracks: the Advisor's observations feed directly into how we assess and adjust your treatment.

Most Advisors work remotely by video, which means geography is rarely a barrier. We match you with an Advisor based on availability and, where possible, location. Roisin Daly is our resident Advisor, based at the clinic itself at Beacon Mall, Dublin 18, and is available in person for patients who prefer a face-to-face introduction to charting.

The beauty of this model is that you are not starting from scratch each time you see a different person. Your chart, your hormone results, and your Advisor's session notes all sit in the same system. So when you attend your next doctor review, we can see exactly where you are in your cycle and what your Advisor has observed.

Meet the NeoFertility advisors

You do not contact Fertility Advisors directly. After your first appointment, we match you with the advisor who best suits your location and circumstances. All enquiries about the advisor network are handled through the clinic first, whether you are an existing patient or considering treatment for the first time. If you have questions about our advisors before starting treatment, contact the clinic on +353 (0)1 293 3816 or at beacon@neofertility.ie and we will take it from there. Please do not contact advisors individually.
